Easyroom4u aims to make a home for our tenants; is not just about having a nice place to live.
If you become an easyroom4u member, this will open a new setting with over 250 people just like you who have joined us from all over the world. All of you are in fact in a similar boat, English speaking, working full time and looking to live in a room on their own in a sociable house share.
Our average is 27 years old and the average length of tenancy is 6-18 months – over half our members stay for longer than their original contract of 6 months.
All our houses are mixed and keep a balance of guys to girls.
If you have any interest in one of our rooms, please fill out the inquiry form and someone from the New Membership Team will give you a call. We will discuss a little more about easyroom4u and what it is we do and get some basic information from you. We check that you are a young professional in full-time employment.
After the phone call, we are happy to proceed with the application and we will book in viewings.
Once you’ve seen a couple of rooms, and you’ve chosen the one you like. The next step is to take it off the market. To do this you go to the room you want from the available rooms page and press the reserve a room button. You pay a reservation fee of £300 which goes towards your deposit. This takes the room off the market and provided you fill out the rest of your details and pay the monies owed within seven days the room is yours. To join Easyroom4u we have a £150 admin fee, four weeks rent as a deposit and then the first month’s rent upfront.
Once everything is approved the next step is to book your check in. This is where you’ll meet your property manager and collect your keys and sign your contract.
